2 Corinthians 13:14
‘The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.’
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ cannot be disconnected from the Love of God and the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit. It is pertinent we understand the revelation of God’s love for us and maintain a relationship with the Holy Spirit. The scriptures declare in John 3:16 that for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son……God gave up His son for us while we yet in our sins because of His Love.
‘…….and the communion of the Holy Spirit’; continuous fellowship with the Holy Spirit grants us more insights into enjoying the full measure of God’s grace.
The Grace of our Lord Jesus justifies us from past guilt, sin and shame; not only are we free from all accusations, we have total and absolute VICTORY in Christ. The bible says in Romans 5:1-2, that we do access by faith into this grace wherein we stand. This means obtaining total victory requires our standing in the grace of our Lord Jesus. One of the reasons some believers feel living in grace is impossible is because grace is perceived as something we are trying to achieve. We are to receive it freely and stand in it and then enjoy the victory it brings with it.
For we know (revelation knowledge) that when we stand from the place of victory in Grace, there has been a divine exchange: His riches for my poverty and His righteousness for my sin. I don’t have to be poor anymore because I stand in the place of grace and have received His riches. I stand in the place of victory and remind myself of the victory I have in Christ over poverty, sicknesses, and diseases.
The scriptures declare that Jesus was made sin for us that we might receive His righteousness; hence we have become the righteousness of God in Christ. Brethren, grace is not a feeling, it is who we are. We are to stand fast in the liberty by which Christ has made us free. We ought to free ourselves from every yoke, entanglements and lies of the enemy. You are not broke but rich. You are not sick but healed; you are not a sinner because you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
The old man with the baggage is dead, Hallelujah, the new you has the life of God. The very nature and essence of God resides within you. The troubles of your past no longer have a hold on you because the old you is dead. You have are now more than a conqueror. Whenever pressure comes on you be a victim; you should remind yourself of the victory that you already obtained. Simply be and live out who you are.
When you feel sick or the enemy whispers cancer, barrenness, divorce, depression or any other circumstance, you reply by looking into the word of God which is the mirror of your spirit and authoritatively live in health and happiness.
John 1:14
‘And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.’
When Christ came into the earth, many saw the son of a carpenter, the boy next door, some saw their family friend or just another guy; but those that beheld His glory received His grace. So when you feel symptoms of illness, see yourself in the grace of God in your health; when you are tempted to sin, see yourself as the righteousness of God who has dominion over sin. When we walk in the revelation of the grace we have received in Christ; then we will always remember that the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ has gone into eternity to bring victory into time.
