Acts 19:12-12 – Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them.

I have discovered four steps to work a miracle in a seemingly impossible situation:

1. Have the Image of the Finished Product in Your Mind

Romans 4:17-21 – “(as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed–God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.”

“And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.”

In the above scripture we can see that Abraham consciously and intentionally ignored the impossibility confronting him but created an image he wanted though it was only possible by a miracle. I am not saying he denied the situation, rather that he ignored it and went ahead to reshape it. The greatest battlefield is not on the land, in the sea or air it is in the mind. If you can create the image of the life you want with total clarity in the recess of your soul then you are on the path to birthing a miracle in your life.

2. Develop a Hot and Unquenchable Desire for It

I call it red-hot desire and a never-quit attitude. Your life’s dream or situation may be beyond human ability but you cannot afford to be discouraged or frustrated; you need to stick with it. This kind of desire is beyond the average one you are familiar with. It comes from you being passionately engulfed with the fulfilment of what you are pregnant with. You need a hot desire to keep the engine of the miraculous running; you cannot be lukewarm and get a miracle. Your heart, soul and body must be involved and you should engage every fibre of your being in it.

3. Pray In the Holy Spirit Until You Receive Assurance in Your Heart

Friend, the greatest force on earth is the force of prayer. When you pray God’s word you can never go wrong. I pray a lot in tongues; most times I pray in the Spirit for about one hour. In the course of my prayer God drops ideas, sometimes images in my heart of the things He is going to or wants me to do. But most of the time He reveals to me how I should go about bringing into the physical realm the images I have created in my mind. Before we got our first house He spoke to me in my prayers about it, the same with our second house and many other things. Sometimes I don’t see or hear anything I just receive inner peace and assurance that what I have been imagining has become a living thing. The right prayer changes things.

4. Call or peak Forth the Image You Have Created With Boldness

Creation came into being by spoken words. After you have received your inner witness begin to call forth your miracle because at this stage it is already living and can respond to your call. I called forth my first professional job even though the position never existed before but it was created. I created it and the company followed divine order. When I feel I am due for promotion I create it, I don’t wait for anybody to determine it, and I determine it myself. This is the way to do it.
