2 Corinthians 13:14‘The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen’
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is our divine access into what we would have been denied. The Love of God is the gift of God to obtain through the access by grace. The Communion of the Holy Spirit secures you.
It is pertinent we understand thar we cannot just choose to walk in the grace and love of God without a communion and fellowship with the Holy Spirit. It is our fellowship with the Holy Spirit that gives us the divine revelation of grace and His Love. There is therefore no disconnecting the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Love of God and the Communion of the Holy Spirit. The bible calls the Holy Spirit our Seal and guarantee (Ephesians 1:13-14), hence, the only way to keep abreast of our rights and privileges in Christ is through constant communion with the Holy Spirit.
You cannot be harassed, molested or subject to ridicule by the circumstances or challenges the economy poses because you have a seal in the Holy Spirit. This means you are marked for security and preservation over your life. You are assured of a blessed outcome because you have a guarantee in the Holy Spirit. Marital, emotion or even business challenges are not sufficient to weigh you down because you have a guarantee in the Holy Spirit.
1 Corinthians 3:16 –‘Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?’
There are some key words we will explain to get the depth of the message in this scripture.
Temple: A temple is not a place; rather it is where deity resides. It is where communion takes place. This temple is not the one built with hands. The bible calls us lively stones being built to a spiritual house (1 Peter 2:5). What this means is, we can commune with Holy Spirit wherever we are.
Dwell: To dwell means to reside, an abode, housing that someone actually lives. The bible declares the Holy Spirit lives in us. Our heart is not a holiday inn; hence, He is not on visitation. He dwelling in us connotes activity. The Holy Spirit shines light in us, no wonder the scriptures declare we are the light of the world. Fellowship with the Holy Spirit causes our ways and path shine.
Communion with the Holy Spirit should not be seen as burden when we walk in the revelation of His impact in us as the called out ones.
There are some things tthat will not come to our knowledge except there is a revelation by the Spirit of God. These things are not revealed to our human senses; hence, we must align in communion to know what has been prepared for us. No one can benefit from what they have no information about. The Holy Spirit is our informant on the deep things of God; we in turn must reciprocate by speaking to Him. He wants us to speak to Him as He speaks to us.
Mysteries are solved in the place of communion. Remember, you are the temple where the Spirit of God resides.
